Ministry Development School Of Theology

Beginning 2010 Tampa Bay Christian Center will be opening up a School of Theology.

Tampa Bay Christian Center is pleased to host the premier church-based higher education system in the world.  YOU can attend this campus and grow in your knowledge of God’s Word!  You can do this without quitting your job or moving away from home.  This campus will allow you to do all this by attending classes just one weekend per month.

The purpose of the School will be to raise up Christians who desire Ministry or Leadership Training, Certification or Degree.

Our Mission: To equip and motivate todays servant leaders to live lives of personal fulfillment and be successful and productive in community, national, and world servant-leadership venues. To provide undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in residential and external formats, for aspiring servant leaders in pivotal professions. To serve the broader regional, national, and world community through continuing education outreach and local community training programs.

The School will offer independent practical application classes as well as credited classes through its affiliation with the Christian Life School Of Theology (CLST)

Practical Ministry Application Classes (PMAC)

Courses are taught in four-hour sessions. Class sessions generally meet on a Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. We offer multiple  courses per year.  All PMAC certificates offered by TBCC are in a Ministry Related area. Courses are offered in four divisions of study: Leadership, General Ministry, Counseling, and Missions.

Christian Life Educators Network – Saint Petersburg Center

The Christian Life Educators Network is an affiliation of independent Bible schools that provide a Bible–based education to their students. TEC Publications provides and distributes educational materials to the independent schools. Christian Life School of Theology (CLST), an independent Bible school, holds religious exemption from the state of Georgia to award non-accredited degrees listed in this brochure.

To serve the twenty-first century Church by providing unmatched opportunities for pastors and ministry leaders to equip and prepare their members and communities for Kingdom service in any walk of life.

Courses are taught in ten-hour intensive classes. Class sessions generally meet three consecutive days per month: Thursday through Friday 7-10 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. We offer multiple  courses per year. With each class worth three semester units, a student can earn up to 45 semester units per year. A student may take all or part of the courses offered. All CLST degrees offered by CLEN are in a Bible Theology major. Courses are offered in six divisions of study: Old Testament, New Testament, Biblical Theology, Practical Theology, Historical Theology, and Christian Counseling .
